How we handle your personal data
Who we are

What we collect and why
When you use the contact form we receive the details you type in: your name, company, email address, the service you are interested in and your message. We use them solely to answer your enquiry and, where you ask for one, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where an engagement follows, the steps needed to enter into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
Your enquiry is delivered as an email to our Microsoft 365 mailbox. We do not use your details for marketing and we do not sell or share them with third parties, other than the service providers named below.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. It uses only the technical session cookie needed for the page to work and to protect the contact form against abuse. Fonts and all other assets are served from our own hosting, so no third-party font or tracking request is made from your browser.
Service providers
The site is hosted on Microsoft Azure and our email runs on Microsoft 365, both within the European Union under Microsoft's data-processing terms. Our server logs may record your IP address and browser type for security and troubleshooting; these logs are kept for a short period and then deleted.
How long we keep your data
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months. Where an engagement follows, your contact details become part of the client file and are kept for as long as our accreditation and legal record-keeping obligations require.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time for access to, correction or erasure of your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, or to receive it in a portable format. Email mrv@icsverification.eu and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as the site or our services change. The date at the top shows the current version.
